Abstract
Objective:To discuss clinical value and characteristic of antinuclear antibody,anti-ENA antibodies and anti-dsDNA antibodies in lupus erythematosus.Methods:Indirect immunofluorescence was applied to detect ANA and anti-dsDNA antibodies. Antigenic substrate of ANA were liver imprint and Hep-2 cell. Test matrix of dsDNA was crithidia lucilliae flagellate. Detection of anti-ENA antibodies employed edenzyme immunoblotting assays.Results:The positive rate of ANA was 90.4% in SLE and 75% in DLE. The positive rate of anti-dsDNA antibodies was 63.5%,ENA was 84.5%.Conclusion:ANA has nothing to do with activity of SLE. Fluctuations in anti-dsDNA antibody levels are also used as a marker for disease activity and exacerbations.
