Abstract

Objective To study the value in diagnose of the ANA,anti-ds-DNA antibodies and complement joint detection of systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods Slice immune biological fluorescence of ANA and anti-ds-DNA antibodies, the application of Western blot sticks of ENA,immunohistochemistry scattering rate determination Turbidimetry complement C3,C4.Results The positive rate of the 183case of SLE patients' ANA was 95.6%,anti-ds-DNA antibody positive rate 69.9%,anti-ENA antibodies of the positive rate 55.2 %,and anti-ds-DNA antibodies and anti-ENA antibodies joint detection of positive rate 80.9% respectively.SLE patients complement C3,C4 was significantly lower than that of the control group(P0.05).Conclusion Complement of its own antibodies and the joint detection can increase the detection rate of SLE.
