Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of auto-antibodies including antibody to nuclear antigen(ANA),ds-deoxyribonucleic acid(ds-DNA) and extractable nuclear antigen(ENA) in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods The serum of 136 patients was detected.ANA as well as ds-DNA were tested by indirect immunofluorescent method(IIF),and ENA was tested by western blot. Results The detection rate of female SLE patients was higher than that of male patients. In the serum of patients, the detection rate of ANA,ds-DNA and anti-Sm was 97.8%,69.1% and 53.7%.And the highest detection rate was ANA.Conclusion Combined detection of ANA,dsDNA and anti-Sm could improve the sensitivity of SLE.
