Abstract
ObjectiveTo understand heart rate variability(HRV) in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) and to study clinical significance of autonomic changes of CHD.MethodsThe parameters of time domain and frequency domain were measured in CHD patients and normal subjects.ResultsThe HRV parameters in patients with CHD were lower than in those of the control group(t=2.49-6.15,P0.05).ConclusionThere is an abnormal autonomic influence on the cardiovascular system in patients with CHD,and its sympathetic tone is predominant.
