Abstract
Objective To discuss the effect of central venous catheter placed in the chest for spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods 45 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the treatment group( n = 23) were treated with central venous catheter extraction, the control group 22 with pleural puncture extraction. Results The treatment group had the better curative effect, higher efficiency, shorter hospitalization time, less adverse reaction. Conclusion It could make more satisfied curative effect that central venous catheter placement chest extraction in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax
