Central venous catheter in the treatment of pneumothorax clinical effect

Objective On the application of central venous catheter for patients with pneumothorax treatment clinical effect analysis.Methods Selected 84 cases patients with pneumothorax case,be divided into traditional group and treatment group,42 cases in each group the average.The traditional group were treated with closed thoracic drainage for treatment;treatment group of patients with central venous catheter for treatment of negative pressure operation.Results The treatment group patients with pneumothorax treatment is superior to the traditional group;the pain during the treatment is significantly lower than the traditional group;complications are less likely than the traditional group.Conclusion The application of central venous catheter for patients with pneumothorax treatment clinical effect is very obvious.
