Abstract

Objective To observe the central venous catheter and closed thoracic drainage in the treatment of efficacy and safety of spontaneous pneumothorax. Methods 113 patients with spontaneous pneumothorax were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Treatment group, the treatment of central venous catheter suction, control group, the traditional treatment of closed thoracic drainage. Results The difference was not statistically significant in the central venous catheter and closed thoracic drainage, but more complications in closed thoracic drainage. Conclusions Treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax central venous catheter is safe and effective with few complications.
