Abstract

To detect simultaneously the residues of pyrimethanil and dimethomorph in cabbage, samples were extracted by acetonitrile in the ultrasonic extractor, and purified on the glass column of silica gel. Subsequently, they were eluted with acetone / n- hexane, and determined by gas chromatography( GC) equipped with FID detector in the present work. Recoveries of pyrimethanil and dimethomorph were 87. 4% ~ 96. 2% and 85. 2% ~ 93. 5% at the range of 0. 1 ~ 5. 0 mg / kg,respectively. This method was also highly reliable with a relative standard deviation of 1. 58% ~ 4. 62% for pyrimethanil and 1. 59% ~ 5. 03% for dimethomorph. The detection limit of pyrimethanil and dimethomorph was 0. 003 mg / kg and 0. 048 mg / kg,respectively.
