Abstract
In order to investigated the current status of dimethomorph residues,the dimethomorph residues of soil and tomato were quantified by gas chromatography( GC) with flame ionization detector( FID). The samples were extracted using acetonitrile,and purified by ethyl acetate,then cleaned up by neutral alumina and determined by FID. The results showed that the linear ranges were 0. 5 ~ 15 mg / L with the linear correlation coefficient of 0. 099 96. When dimethomorph was spiked at 0. 5 ~ 5. 0 mg / kg level,the average fortification recovery of soil and tomato were 85. 4% ~ 92. 7% and 89. 8% ~ 99. 3%,and relative standard deviation of 1. 61% ~ 6. 59% and 1. 62% ~ 2. 32%,respectively. The final residues of dimethomorph in tomato were lower than the MRL of Korea.
