Abstract

To explore a simultaneous detection method of chlorpyrifos and dimethomorph residues in cabbage, the residues of chlorpyrifos and dimethomorph in cabbage were extracted by acetone in the ultrasonic extractor, purified on the glass column of neutral aluminum oxide, eluted with acetone/npetroleum ether, and determined by GC equipped with FID detector. The results showed that the recovery of chlorpyrifos and dimethomorph was 83.6%~94.2% and 82.2%~95.1% measured at the fortification levels of 0.1~5.0mg/kg,respectively.The relative standard deviation of chlorpyrifos and dimethomorph was 1.68% ~5.12% and 1.54% ~4.67%,respectively.The detection limit of chlorpyrifos and dimethomorph was calculated to 0.007 mg/kg and 0.048 mg/kg,respectively.The method had high sensitivity, accuracy and precision and was suitable for the detection of chlorpyrifos and dimethomorph residues in cabbage.
