Abstract
[Objective] To study the determination method of pesticides residue of pyrimethanil and dimethomorph in cucumber.[Methods] The pesticide residues in cucumber were extracted with acetonitrile and cleaned up with florsil SolidPhase Extraction(SPE)column.The analytes were quantified by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)equipped with Variable Wavelength Detector(VWD)at 260 nm wavelength.[Results] The average recoveries of pyrimethanil and dimethomorph ranged 97.74%-102.83% and 83.21%-103.74%,separately.The relative standard deviations were less than 5%.The limits of detection of them were 0.008 mg/kg and 0.014 mg/kg respectively.[Conclusion] This method is simple,rapid and sensitive,it can be used to determine pyrimethanil and dimethomorph residues in cucumber.
