Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of lidocaine uniting propofol anesthesia during painless bronchoscopy on the patients′respiration and circulation. Methods The 60 patients were divided into two groups:the routine bronchoscopy group(Ⅰgroup,30 patients)and the painless bronchoscopy group(Ⅱ group,30 patients).TheⅠgroup just chose lidocaine local anesthesia and the Ⅱ group chose lidocaine local anesthesia uniting propofol general anesthesia. The patient′s heart rate, respiration, blood pressure and saturation of blood oxygen were observed by multifunctional monitor before, during and after bronchoscopy.T test was conducted using SPSS 13.0.Results The Ⅱ group patients felt senseless and painless during bronchoscopy,Differences of heart rate, respiration, blood pressure and saturation of blood oxygen during bronchoscopy between the two groups were statistically significant(P0.05).The differences of heart rate, respiration after bronchoscopy between the two groups were statistically significant(P0.05).The differences of blood pressure and saturation of blood oxygen after bronchoscopy between the two groups were not statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Taking lidocaine uniting propofol during bronchoscopy is achieved with satisfying anesthetic effect. The use of lidocaine uniting propofol anesthesia is a relatively safe anesthesia method.
