Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Mifepristoneon and Megestrol Acetate Niagestin on Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding during Perimenopausal Period

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Mifepristone versus Megestrol Acetate Niagestin in treatment of patients with perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods Eighty patients were randomly divided into the experimental group(Mifepristone) and the control group(Megestrol Acetate Niagestin).The thickness of endometrium and level of hormone were observed for the experimental group.Results The experimental group had better effects than those in the control group(P0.05).FSH、LH、E2、P serum levels decreasing is statistically significant and endometrium were thinner(P0.05,P0.01).Conclusion Treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding during perimenopausal period with mifepristone is a safe and validi method.
