Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Mifepristone on Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding during Perimenopausal Period in 33 Cases

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinic effect of on dysfunctional uterine bleeding during perimenopausal period.Methods Sixty-six patients were randomly divided into the experimental group(mifepristone) and the control group(norethisterone).The thickness of endometrium and level of hormone were observed for the experimental group.Results The experimental group had better effects than those in the control group(P0.05).FSH、LH、P serun levels' decreasing is statistically significant and endometrium were thinner(P0.05,P0.01).ConclusionTreatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding during perimenopausal period with mifepristone is a safe and validity method.
