The status quo and the mid-and-long term development strategy of the scientific and technological causes of Jiangxi Province

By comparing a series of scientific and technological indices such as scientific and technological resources,new high technology,scientific and technological output,etc,this paper analyses the differences in the scientific and technological strength between Jiangxi province and other five provinces in the middle areas and the top ten areas at home,reaching the some basic conclusions.Based on this,it puts forward the guiding principles for the scientific and technological development of Jiangxi province,which can be summarized as people-first orientation,combination of guide and innovation,opening-up in all aspects and leaping development.Also,it advances the goal system of the scientific and technological development of Jiangxi province in 2020,that is,growth,strengthening the province,enriching people,improving competitiveness and sustainable development.
