Indication on Scientific and Technological Development in Henan Province Based on Monitoring Indexes of the Scientific and Technological Progress

According to the monitoring indexes of National Scientific and Technological Progress Monitoring Report released by Ministry of Science and Technology and the progress level of Henan Province in 2011,we find that we must carry out the strategy of developing Henan by science and education,optimize the scientific and technological progress environment,implement the Science and Technology Progress Law,increase investment in science and technology,improve the level of scientific and technological output, strengthening the marketization of technological achievements,promote new and high technology industrialization,raise the level of industrialization of high and new technology,and promote economic and social development relying on scientific and technological progress.
