Discussion and Evaluation on Recent Ten Years’ Development of Science and Technology in Shanxi Province

This paper reviews and analyzes recent ten years’ development of science and technology in Shanxi Province, and based on this, points out some problems existing in the scientific and technological works of Shanxi Province such as the insufficient investment in science and technology, the lack of scientific and technological talents, the unstable status of enterprise as a main body in technological innovation, the weak capacity of scientific and technological output, and the slow progress of high -tech industrialization, etc., and puts forward some countermeasures for speeding up the development of science and technology in Shanxi Province.
