Abstract
The main legal form of the Dynast is the consists of two parts:Ge (格)and Li (例).It have the 19 kinds of legal form to the Li (例) as a name in the Dynasty.The meaning of various the Li(例)was studied to not in-depth research and to understand the meaning of incomplete and inaccurate in the Academic circles.There are the two main meaning of the various Li (例) : as a legal form and as a legal term.The Yuan Li (例) basic meaning are the same as the other dynasties of ancient China,is the discipline(律) to explain and supplement.The various Li (例) were classified by the four major elements: to adjust the object,adjusting the way,the force of law and development procedures.The various Li (例) constitute an important source of law,however,a wide range of the Li (例),but also to the legal problems arising in the application.
