Abstract

ConfuciusLi is rooting from the ancientLi which related to the meanings system of human being's existent. Not only Confucius Li is carry forward to the ancient Li that is close to extinction,but also is a beginning of for ming and spread ofth e Chinese Li culture. Starting with the system of the culture, this article t ake the Li as a historical phenomenon and analyze the historical forming and its cultural meanings of the Confucius Li and then find its functions and status in Ch inese traditional culture.
