Investigation and Countermeasure on the Present Situation of Physical Education Teachers' Turnover Intention in College of Anhui Province

This paper mainly does the investigation about the present situation of physical education teachers' turnover intention in college of Anhui Province. It mainly uses the literature data method, questionnaire survey method, interview method and mathematical statistics method in the course of the study. The result shows that: the majority of physical education teachers are very satisfied for the current work in colleges of Anhui Province,so there is no turnover intention. But it can not be ignored that part of physical education teachers are most likely to leave still. The factors that affect the separation are: social environment, school environment, family environment, and self factor. Based on this situation. it mainly puts forward following suggestions: strengthen the loving education for PE teachers in colleges; improve the social status for PE teachers; solve part of the PE teachers' preparation; strengthen the professional training for physical education teachers in colleges.
