Observation of clinical efficacy of ozagrel sodium combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium on 68 cases with acute cerebral infarction

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of ozagrel sodium combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium on acute cerebral infarction.Methods 133 cases with acute cerebral infarction were selected and divided into two groups,observation group and control group.The routine treatment was use to two groups,and xue sai tong injection was given to control group,ozagrel sodium combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium was used to observation group.the course was 14 days.the neurologic impairment score was detected by NIHSS before and after treatment.Results The scores of NIHSS in observation group compared with those in control group,there was statistical difference(P0.05);the total effective rate of observation group compared with that of control group,there was statistical difference(P0.05).Conclusion Ozagrel sodium combined with low molecular weight heparin calcium can improve the neural symptoms,and the clinical efficacy is significant,the therapy should be the reference for doctors.
