Discussion on the Effect of Physics Teaching Skills Competition to the Practice Teaching

Based on the requirements of application-oriented talents cultivation,reformation of the practice teaching about teacher-training skills is inevitable in the normal college.In this paper,combining our practice,we discuss the driven function of teaching skills competition in the development of physics education major in normal quality.It is found that competition can stimulate students' interest in the professional teaching skills,mobilize their initiative,and also provide a good platform for college teachers to raise their teaching level.By the teaching skills competition,the reformation of practice teaching model is promoted,and the new mode of teacher-training skills is set up effectively.
