On the Connotation and Training Mode of Teaching Skills

Abstract
In order to well adapt to the social development and educational reform,teaching skills entail more content than before.The narrow understanding of teaching skills,that is,the ability in implementing teaching acts,should give place to the broad definition,that is,the ability in fulfiling the task of teaching with all the accessible knowledge and experience.Therefore,a new teacher training mode should involve theoretical study,case analysis and teaching practice.
