Abstract

Young Teachers' Basic Teaching Skills Competition is an effective method that can help young teachers to improve teaching skills.In 2009,Young Teachers' Basic Teaching Skills Competition in the department of electrical engineering of Tsinghua university was established.The aim of conducting Young Teachers' Basic Teaching Skills Competition is to enhance the education and teaching competence of young teachers.The paper analyses the necessity and importance of the competition,puts forward and experiences some effective methods of it.
