Effect observation of mifepristone in dysfunctional uterine bleeding during perimenopaysal period

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of mifepristone in dysfunctional uterine bleeding during perimenopaysal period.Methods 78 cases patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding during perimenopaysal period were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 39 cases.Observation group were given oral mifepristone,and control group were given progesterone.The clinical efficacy was observed and the FSH,E2,LH and P changes of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in observation group(94.9%)was higher than that of control group(79.5%);After treatment,FSH,E2,LH and P of observation group and E2,LH,P of control group was better than before treament,and LH,P of observation group was better than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of mifepristone in dysfunctional uterine bleeding during perimenopaysal period is definite,and worthy of clinical application.
