A Clinical observation of mifepristone for treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding

Objective To explore the clinical effect of mifepristone for treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uter ine bleeding.Methods Eighty-four patients of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with each groups of 42 patients,the control group were treated with 10 mg/d Medroxyprogesterone Acetate,the observation group were treated with 6.25 mg/d Mifepristone,follow up 3 months and evaluate the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results After treatment,the FSH、E2、LH and P level of two groups significantly decreased(P 0.05),and the observation group lower than control group(P 0.05);The improvement of endometrial thickness and uterus volume in observation group were significantly decreased than control group(P 0.05);The rate of adverse of control group was 19.05%,and observation group was 4.76%,there was significantly difference between two groups(P 0.05).Conclusion Treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding with mifepris tone is a safe and validity method,is worthy of promotion and application.
