Clinical Curative Effect of Yiqi huoxue Herbs for Chronic Heart Failure and Analysis on Prognosis

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect and long-term prognosis of the Yiqi Huoxue traditional Chinese medicine for chronic heart failure patients with qi deficiency blood stasis type.Methods:80 cases of chronic heart failure belonging to qi deficiency and blood stasis type patients were chosen and randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Two groups were given basic western medicine treatment.The treatment group on the basis of western medicine added Yiqi Huoxue granules.Treatment course was 1 month,followed up for 9 months.Before and after treatment,the curative effect in patients with heart failure(Lee's) score and grade of cardiac function(NYHA),TCM symptoms curative effect of integral,6 minutes walk test,the quality of life questionnaire scores,hydrochlorothiazide tablet indicators reduction rate and hospitalization rates were respectively recorded.Before and after treatment,patients' blood and urine routine,liver function(AST,ALT) and renal function(such as CR,BUN) were observed.Results:After treatment,two groups cardiac function grading and the curative effect of integral were significantly improved(P 0.05).TCM symptoms curative effect of integral,6 minutes walk test,the quality of life questionnaire scores,hydrochlorothiazide tablet stopped reduction rate,and hospitalization rates were significantly improved than those before treatment,and the treatment group was better than that of control group(P 0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue granules of traditional Chinese medicine can obviously improve cardiac function in patients with CHF,improve the curative effect of heart failure,improve the clinical symptoms,increase exercise tolerance,improve the quality of life,reduce hydrochlorothiazide use,and reduce the hospitalization rates again.
