Abstract
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a determination method of Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu and Mn in Akebia quinata by microwave digestion-flame atomic absorption spectrometry.[Method] The samples were diluted by microwave digestion with HNO3 and the contents were determined by calibration curve method.[Result] The contents of Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu and Mn in A.quinata were 17.0,3.13,1.41,0.148,0.025 9 and 0.588 mg/g resp.RSD was 2.3%-9.2% and the recovery was 95%-108%.[Conclusion] The method is simple, accurate and satisfying.
