Abstract
The method for the determination of the contents of Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn,Cu and Mn in Cyathula officinalis kuan were established by flame atomic absorption spectrometry with microwave digestion. The samples were diluted by microwave digestion with concentrated HNO3,and the contents were determined by calibration curve method. The content of Ca was 7.67mg/g with Mg of 1.07mg/g,Fe of 0.243 mg/g,Zn of 0.0425mg/g,Cu of 0.00549mg/g,Mn of 0.0826mg/g.RSD for the method was in the range of 1.8%—4.8%,and recoveries were in the range of 96%—107%.The method is accurate and satisfying.
