Abstract
The contents of Cu,Mg,Fe,Mn,Pb,Zn were determined by atomic absorption spectrometry and the content of Se was by atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer in this paper.Microwave digestion and electric heating plate digestion for determination of contents of trace elements of flowers and seeds were studied.The results indicated that microwave digestion with higher accuracy and reproducibility was better for determination of trace element contents.Compared with petal,the contents of Zn,Mg,Mn,Cu,Fe,Pb of seed were higher.The content of Se in the seeds was 0.063 5 mg/kg and 0.027 2 mg/kg in the seeds.The content of Pb was within standard.The seeds had higher medicinal value.
