Abstract
[Objective] To determine the contents of 4 trace elements in Eucommia ulmoides Oliv..[Method] 4 trace elements including Zn,Cu,Ca and Mg in leaves and barks of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.were determined by combining microwave-assisted sample digestion with flame atomic absorption spectrometry.[Results] The recovery rates of 4 trace elements ranged from 97% to 100.9% with all RSD value being less than 3.5%.There were significant differences in contents of Zn,Cu,Ca and Mg and antihypertensive effects between barks and leaves of Eucommia ulmoides Oliv..[Conclusion] The method was accurate,fast and convenient.
