Abstract
Objective To study the effect of flouxetine in treatment of patients with post-stroke depression.Methods 172 post-stroke depression patients wererandomly divided into fluoxetine group 87 cases and control group 85 cases,at the pre-and post-treatment.The effect of treatment was bserved with HAMD,SSS and BI.Results The HAMD and SSS of the fluoxetine group were lower and BI was higher than that lf control group(P0.05).Conclusion Fluoxetine is effective in the treatment of patients with post-stroke depression,and can recovery nervous function.
