Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To made comment on the outpatient prescriptions and analyzed the irrational drug use in our hospital so as to improve prescription quality and the level of rational use of drug. METHODS: During Jan- Jun.period of 2012,a quality control was performed on a total of 12 963 outpatient prescriptions,i. e,200 prescriptions were randomly sampled monthly for comment in accordance with the Management Standard of Hospital Prescriptions( trial),with the irrational drug use phenomena analyzed comprehensively. RESULTS: A total of 194( 16. 17%)prescriptions were unqualified,of which,65( 5. 42%) were non-standard prescriptions,101( 8. 42%) inappropriate and 28( 2. 33%) off-label ones. CONCLUSION: The indexes of the sampled prescriptions met the standard mostly yet the problem of non-rational use still existed. Through prescription analysis and timely intervention on irrational drug use,some effective measures can be taken to ensure meditation safety and efficacy.
