Abstract
[Objective]To establish a HPLC method for the quantitative determination of Baicalin in Liyan Jiedu Keli.[Methods]The HPLC Conditions were as follows:Agilent zorbax SB-C18 column(4.6 mm×150.0 mm,5 μm),mobile phase of methanol-water-phosphoric acid(V∶V∶V=47∶53∶0.2),flow rate of 1.0 ml/min.detection wavelength of 280 nm and column temperature of 30 ℃ [Results]The better linear range of baicalin was 0.5-100.0 μg/ml(r=0.999 1),the mean recovery was 101.14 % with RSD 0.69 %(n=9).[Conclusion]The method is fast,simple and accurate,which can be applied for the quality control of Liyan Jiedu Keli.
