Abstract
Column chromatography techniques were used for separation and purification of chemical constituents from Aletris spicata(Thunb) and elucidate their structures.Five compounds were isolated from the liposoluble components of Aletris spicata, then the structures were identified as sitosterol(1),methyl ferulate(2),4-hydroxybenzoic acid(3),coumaric acid(4),and methyl hexacosanoate(5).
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
