Abstract

Objective To study the chemical constituents of Aletris spicata(Thunb.) Franch.by priliminary test.Methods The extracted mixture of Aletris spicata(Thunb.) Franch.from petroleum ether,purified water,ethanol and acid were studied by test tube method.The chemical constituents of Aletris spicata(Thunb.) Franch.was primarily demonstrated.Results The priliminary test indicated that Aletris spicata(Thunb.) Franch.might contain chemical constituents such as flavonoids,triterpenoid saponins,amino acid,deoxidation candy,tannin,organic acid,oil fat,coumarin and macrolides,alkaloids and volatile oils.Conclusion The results of priliminary test provides evidence for further study of the chemical compositions and biological activities of the Aletris spicata(Thunb.) Franch.
