Flavored Sijunzi Decoction Granule in Treating Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease Curative Effect Contrast

Objective To explore the treatment of western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine agent treatment for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) the effects of the treatment.M ethods Collect from June 2010 to December 2011,120 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients,randomly divided into the treatment group of 60 cases and control group of 60 cases and control using conventional western medicine treatment,the treatment group used traditional Chinese medicine agent aro matized sijunzi decoction granules therapy,to observe the clinical effect of two groups of patients and improve the situation of lung function.Results After treatment,the treatment group total effective rate was 88.3%(50/60) significantly higher than those in the control group 70.0%(42/60),P0.05.After treatment,the treatment group of pulmonary function index FEV1 and PEFR is significantly better than control group,P0.05.Conclusion Aromatized sijunzi decoction granule in treating COPD effect is good,can improve the cure patients.
