A Randomized Controlled Trial of Yangyin Qingfei Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in The Treatment of Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Emphysema

[Objective]To observe the curative effect of Yangyin Qingfei Decoction Combined with western medicine in treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema.[Methods]Using randomized controlled Methods,will be divided into two groups according to the random number table,142 cases of hospitalized patients. 71 cases in control group were given comprehensive treatment in patients with western medicine,including low flow oxygen,anti-inflammatory,eliminating phlegm and relieving cough and other symptomatic and supportive treatment,when necessary,take atomization inhalation. The treatment group of 71 cases choose Yangyinqingfei Decoction(Shengdihuang,Maidong 15g,Chuanbei,Xuanshen,Chaoshaoyao 10g,Danpi,Shengancao,Bohe 6g,thermogravimetric patients add Huangcen,Dannanxing;cold with ginger;thick sputum in patients with Suzi,Baijiezi,Tinglizi;blood in patients with. With Qiancao,Bai Ji). Water soaked fried200mL,1 doses of /d,sooner or later oral. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment with 7d for 1 courses. To observe the clinical symptoms and signs before and after treatment,blood gas analysis and X-ray examination,adverse reaction.. Continuous treatment of 2 courses,to judge the curative effect. 42 cases of group therapy[Results],23 cases were effective,6 cases ineffective,the total efficiency of91.55%. The control group was 29 cases,effective 24 cases,invalid 18 cases,the total efficiency of 74.65%.The treatment group was better than control group(P 0.05).[Conclusion]Yangyin Qingfei Decoction Combined with western medicine has remarkable effect for the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema,is worthy to be popularized.
