On Problems and Countermeasures of Campus Cultural Construction in Normal Colleges

Campus culture in Normal Colleges are characterized by education,humanity,tradition and innovation,infiltrating into all kinds of educational activities,which is of great significance to improve students comprehensive qualities.Currently,problems of campus culture come on the stage which are primarily due to contradictions between inheritance and development in the transitional period,lacking brand awareness,main structure and synergy and so on.Only by strengthening the construction of campus culture and the overall planning,establishing full build of campus culture awareness and consciousness of teachers,optimizing management of campus culture and its academic culture,brand management and features of realization of campus culture innovation,can we create favorable campus culture in Normal College and adapt to new requirements for teacher education in the new stera.
