Exploration and Measures of Contemporary Campus Culture Construction

Camp culture is an internal culture atmosphere formed during the long-running operation of a college,and it is extremely important in systematic engineering of personnel training because it embodies the overall quality of a college's style of study,spirit,and style of work.This article researched and proposed countermeasures on campus culture construction from four aspects such as the campus cultural connotation,the campus culture status quo,the practical role of campus culture in operating a college;strengthening the construction of campus culture;shaping the spiritual character of contemporary college students.
