Inheriting,Innovating and Promoting——Thinking of a Way to Strengthen the Campus Culture

Campus culture is a special school culture.It is an important part of social culture and a good way to achieve educational goals.The campus culture has functions of moral education,demonstration,constraint,cohesion,creation and radiation.There are several problems existing in construction of campus culture in colleges and universities: out of the reality of colleges,uncoordinated with college administration,displaced in the school goals,lacking effective action and poor integration with education and teaching.To further strengthen the construction of campus culture,it is necessary to construct campus culture with inhering and innovating based on the school tradition and roots;construction of campus culture should be integrated into the school system construction,so that culture and system can depend on and integrate into each other;leaders and the typical should play a leading role in the construction and promote its development;great efforts should be made to create great brands and popularize the culture out of campus;student groups should be encouraged to play guiding role in campus cultural construction;theoretical research and academic exchanges of campus culture construction should be strengthened.
