Brief Comment on the Colleges and Universities Culture Management Under the New Circumstance

Because the campus culture has the features of the style of opening, leading ahead, change, identity and selectivity, etc. The author analyses the educational function of campus culture from four aspects :put forward the i-dea of improving the material environment of campus, make the right campus culture policy, establish the teacher group to direct the construction of campus culture and organize the social practice and some other methods to strengthen the campus culture management.
