Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical significance of blood coagulation function detection in late-pregnant women. Methods Sysmex-1500 automatic analyzer was applied to determinating routine coagulation function parameters including prothrombin time(PT),international normalized ratio(INR),activated partial thromboplasting time(APTT),thrombin time(TT) and fibrinogen(Fbg) in 280 late-pregnant women(served as observation group) and 140 healthy controls(served as control group). Results As compared with that of control group,PT,INR and APTT in observation group were decreased significantly while Fbg was more elvated(P0.01).There was no significant difference of TT between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion The late-pregnant women are in a hypercoagulation state. The detection of blood coagulation function plays an important role in the prevention and early tratment of DIC.
