Abstract
The chlorogenic acid is an important bioactivity material. The process of extracting chlorogenic acid from Eucommia ulmoides oliver leaves, with aqueous acetone as extraction solvent, was studied. The optimum extraction conditions were as following: temperature 65℃,40% aqueous acetone,a ratio of material to solvent 1∶12,extraction duration 3 h.After extracted under the optimum conditions and purified with polyamide column chromatography, the yield and purity of chlorogenic acid were 27.4% and 77.04% ,respectively. It is expected to provide reference for other material to extract chlorogenic acid.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
