Abstract
Objective The extraction technology of chlorogenic acid from Eucommia ulmoides leaf was studied with acetone as solvent.MethodsMain factors influencing the extraction of chlorogenic acid from the leaves of Eucommia ulmoides were studied by single factor experiments, and then the optimized conditions for the extraction of chlorogenic acid were studied by orthogonal test.ResultsOptimized conditions were obtained as follows: acetone concentration 40%;extraction temperature 65℃;material to solvent 1:13,extraction time 3 h,and extraction twice.ConclusionThe extraction ratio of chlorogenic acid and the yield of extract were 2.25%,17.15%,respectively,and the purity of chlorogenic acid was 13.12% in the optimized conditions.
