Empirical Research on Relativity between Scientific and Technological Progress and Economic Growth- Based on Heilongjiang Province

Scientific and technological progress creates condition for economic growth,and vice versa,which forms benign circulation between scientific and technological progress,economic growth.The stationary co-integration test on data of 1983-2006 samples in Heilongjiang shows that there is coordinating relationship between the expenditure proportion on science cause and enterprise recon-struction in financial expenditure and the growth rate of total factors.It means there is long-term steady relationship between economic growth and financial expenditure on science cause and enterprise reconstruction.
