The Empirical Analysis of the Contribution Rate of Scientific and Technological Progress to Shandong Province Economic Growth

Abstract

The paper uses correlation parameter to compute the relation between the scientific and technological progress and the economic growth of Shandong province to find that there are high positive relation between them,then use Solow residual method to compute the contribution rate of scientific and technological progress to make the conclusions that the scientific and technological progress make much contributions to economic growth for Shandong province.
