Abstract

Objective To be acquainted with the status of hepatitis B infection and abnormal rate of alanine aminotransferase in Employees of foreign-funded enterprises in Nanjing. Methods HBV markers including HBsAg, anti-HBs, HBeAg, anti-HBe, and anti-HBc were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay and ALT was determined by kinetics method. Results The positive rate of HBeAg was 3.53%, the abnormal rate of ALT was 8.38%. The most prevalent combination of the HBV markers included two kinds of patterns:HBsAg, anti-HBe, anti-HBc positive, and the HBsAg, HBeAg, anti-HBc positive. Conclusion Employees of foreign-funded enterprises in Nanjing is lower than that in the whole nation. Please pay attention to the prevention and treatment of hepatitis B because of the potential spread of the type B hepatitis in employees.
