Abstract
Objective To be acquainted with the status of hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection in general population in Zhanjiang area. Methods HBV markers include HBsAg, anti-HBs, HBeAg, anti-HBe, anti-HBc were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The positive rates of HBsAg is 18.74 % The leading HBV markers included two kinds of patterns: HBsAg, anti-HBe, anti-HBc positive and HBsAg, HBeAg anti-HBc positive. Conclusions The positive rates of HBsAg in Zhanjiang area is higher than that in the whole nation.The positive rate of HBsAg between 20 years and 40 years. The distribution of HBV markers is related to immunovaccination, culter level, sex nature, life style and condition.
