Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical effi cacy and security for treating ectopic pregnancy with methotrexate combined mifepristone. Methods: 32 ectopic pregnancy patients from 2011.7 to 2014.6 were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 16 patients in each group. The patients in control group were only treated with mifepristone; Moreover, the patients in observation group were also treated with methotrexate. The clinical effi cacy, blood β-h CG recovery time, masses loss time and incidence of adverse reaction of 2 groups were compared. Results: The effective rate of observation group was 87.5%(14/16), which was obviously higher than control group(P0.05). The blood β-h CG recovery time and masses loss time of patients in observation group were signifi cantly shorter than control group(P0.05). The incidence of adverse reaction of observation group was 12.5%(2/16), which was obviously lower than control group(P0.05). Conclusions: Treating ectopic pregnancy with methotrexate combined mifepristone has the advantages of good curative effects, short cure time and mild adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application.
